Ted's rule for Karaoke Contests. If the contest requires a entry fee. There is some type of Scam to it. Ie, the winner is predetermined to be a friend of the host and the winnings are going to be split between them. I had to see it to believe it. When the last one I was in the Winner, Couldn't hit the notes of the song he was singing, actually didn't even sing many of the words to the song then ended up winning.  It's one thing when your putting on a show and pull the wool over the judges eyes because your performance was good. It's another when everybody in the contest and audience knew they screwed up.
